Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Aravir Technologies Private Limited (“Aravir”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through aravir.in and our related communications, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. We aim to handle personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.
1. Who we are
We are a software engineering company that designs and builds custom software, web and mobile applications, cloud platforms and data & AI solutions. For the purposes of data-protection law, Aravir Technologies Private Limited is the data fiduciary (controller) responsible for the personal data described here. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name, indicative budget (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you visit and timestamps. This is used for security, diagnostics and understanding aggregate usage.
- Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are human. To do so, it may process technical signals such as your IP address and interaction data. See Cloudflare’s privacy notice for details.
- Cookies. See the “Cookies and analytics” section below.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us via the contact form.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases of your consent, our legitimate uses, the performance of a contract, or compliance with law, as applicable:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request;
- To discuss, scope and deliver software development engagements you ask us about;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website;
- To comply with our legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
We keep cookies to a minimum and use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies that may be set are strictly necessary — for example, security and bot-protection cookies set by Cloudflare, which helps serve and protect our site. Cookies that are essential to providing a service you request do not require your consent.
For usage statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you — it records only aggregate, privacy-preserving metrics such as page views and referrers. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. You can still manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only as needed, and under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations, with:
- Service providers (data processors) who help us run the site and communicate with you — for example our email provider (Zoho), our website hosting provider, and Cloudflare (spam protection and, where enabled, analytics);
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect our rights;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this policy.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy — for example, to respond to and follow up on your enquiry — and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption of traffic to our site (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required;
- withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent;
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance about how we handle your data (see below).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Grievance Officer
If you have any concern or complaint about how we process your personal data, you may contact our Grievance Officer, who is responsible for addressing such matters within the timelines prescribed under applicable law:
- Chandrasekhar Reddy Allareddy — Director & Grievance Officer
- Aravir Technologies Private Limited
- Email: chandra@aravir.in
- Address: 2A, Yashoda Homes, ISKON City, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India - 524003
11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our website may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
