These terms govern your use of the website aravir.in (the “Site”) operated by Aravir Technologies Private Limited (“Aravir”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site is informational

The Site describes who we are and the services we offer. Its content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, technical, financial or legal advice, nor an offer capable of acceptance. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.

2. Services and engagements

We provide software development and related services — including custom software, web and mobile applications, cloud, and data & AI work. Any such engagement is provided solely under a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) signed by both parties. That agreement governs scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, intellectual property, warranties, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on this Site, and no informal communication, creates a binding services contract or any commitment on our part. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: breach any applicable law; infringe the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; introduce malicious code; or interfere with the Site’s operation, security or availability (including through automated scraping, overloading or probing).

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, the “aravir” name, logo and marks, images, layout and code — is owned by Aravir Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Ownership of, and rights in, any software, designs or other deliverables we create for a client are dealt with exclusively in the written agreement for that engagement — not by these terms.

5. Submissions

If you send us an enquiry, idea or other material through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to and evaluating your request. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form before we have a confidentiality arrangement in place.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices; links are provided for convenience only.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aravir Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Liability for a paid engagement is governed solely by the agreement for that engagement.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aravir Technologies Private Limited and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the terms of any separate written agreement between us, the courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
